All website prices include VAT.

Transportation

Shipping is not included in the purchase of all our furniture. The buyer can manage the transport on his own account with collection in our showroom. I wish we can manage with our transport by charging the expense of this to the invoice.

Payment method

All purchases can be paid in cash, debit card, credit card, and by bank transfer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To return your product, you must send your product to DESEIC.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
